Luca has an approachable and open personality and values dialogue. He has a natural passion for the world of luxury, and from a young age he developed a deep interest in fashion, fine watchmaking, and classic cars.
Fabio began his journey at Casati 18 when it was still a small property and has witnessed its transformation in both size and quality throughout his career. Over time, his role evolved, eventually becoming the Resident Manager of the hotel. Today, Fabio’s skills range from technology implementation to team coordination and procurement management. He is a kind person who genuinely enjoys taking care of others-something that makes him an excellent team leader.
Clara has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. She began her career at the front office, where she gained experience at high-end hotels. In 2019, she began her career in the reservations department at another 5-star hotel in our ownership, demonstrating great professionalism, attention to detail, and precision, earning the role of Manager, now at Casati 18. Clara is a warm and friendly person, endowed with great empathy, and very easy to get along with.
Rosalba is the Housekeeper! For over thirty years, she has held this role at Casati 18 with dedication and empathy, always caring deeply about the well-being of the Guests and managing the Housekeeping Team with great attention, ensuring that every room and every area of the hotel is always perfectly clean, fresh, and tidy. Rosalba is a very kind person with a strong character—an essential trait that always helps her achieve her goals, both professionally and personally.
Valentina has been working in the administration office at Casati 18 for a few years. She is very precise and diligent, and she likes things done properly: accounts in order, deadlines met, and an organization that runs smoothly. Valentina is a very discreet person, but at the same time sociable and kind to everyone. She loves music and traveling.
Roberto has returned to Casati 18 to coordinate the hotel’s Bar and Restaurant, after having had an initial experience here when he was very young. After gaining experience in various areas of the restaurant industry, he decided to come back, taking on the responsibility of managing such a complex operation. Roberto has great passion and expertise in the world of wines and spirits, and he loves to constantly explore new selections to offer Guests, who are always captivated by the way he presents a wine or a drink. In his free time, his greatest passion is the world of two wheels—he has owned several motorcycles over the years.
Alessandro has extensive experience in hotel kitchens. After working for many years with a well-known hotel chain here in Milan, he joined Casati 18 to delight the palates of the Guests at 18 Contemporary. Don’t talk to him about nouvelle cuisine—his cooking is rooted in traditional Mediterranean and Milanese dishes, always with great care in selecting top-quality ingredients. Every day, he personally prepares fresh focaccia, which has become a must for the many regular Guests of 18 Contemporary, and he makes sure that delicious homemade cookies and desserts are always available. Alessandro is kind and helpful, always ready with a witty remark. In his personal life, he is very devoted to his family.
Riccardo grew up in the maintenance department of a 5-star hotel, where he started at a very young age in 2019. In 2025, he decided to take on the challenge of coordinating the maintenance department at Casati 18. Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented, he always strives for perfection in his work so that no Guest ever has to face technical issues within the hotel. Riccardo is friendly, kind, and a bit shy, and he gets along easily with everyone. He has a strong passion for travel and cigars.
